Why is there a hissing noise coming from the seams?

Don’t worry, this is normal! Small amounts of air escape through the seams to maintain a proper level of inflation. In some spots, it makes a gentle hissing sound!

Should all of the zippers be closed while in use?

Yup! Zip those air releases closed when you’re using the bounce house. When your ready to take down the inflatable, open them up to release the air more quickly!

The ground is dry, how do I insert the ground stakes?

When the ground is dry, use a hammer to pound the stakes all the way down. When you’re ready to remove the stakes, use a screwdriver or other sturdy object to aid in pulling it out!

It’s raining, can we still use the bounce house?

Unfortunately, using the bounce house while it’s raining is unsafe, and is not permitted. This could result in serious injury, or damage to the equipment. Be sure to unplug the blower and move it to a protected area. If possible, deflate the bounce house and move it to a protected area as well.

Should I cinch the inflation tube tightly around the blower?

Yes! Be sure to secure the inflation tube as tightly as possible around the neck of the blower. This is important to maintain proper levels of inflation.

Do I need to clean the bounce house before returning?

Do your best to remove any excess dirt, grass, moisture, etc. before rolling up the bounce house. We’ll take care of the rest!

How do I move this thing?!

Bounce houses are heavy! We recommend driving as closely as possible to where the bounce house will be set up, and unloading it there. If it must be carried, we recommend team-carrying the bounce house to avoid injury.

Can we attach balloons/decorations to the inflatable?

Absolutely! But, please do NOT use any adhesive that will leave residue on the bounce house. Remove any materials from the inflatable BEFORE returning the unit.

What if there’s bad weather, and we can’t use it?

Bad weather happens, and we understand that. We ask that you do your best to check the forecast leading up to your rental date. If you feel you will not be able to use the inflatable, please reach out to us before you take it. But, if you take the bounce with you, we do not offer refunds.
